Expedited Shipping: 2-6 working days

New Zealand:
Standard Shipping: 1-3 working days

Expedited Shipping: Overnight (must be ordered before 3pm, Friday orders arrive
Monday)

Do you offer refunds?
It is important to btylab that customers love their purchase. If you are
dissatisfied with your product, btylab provides a full refund within 30 days. Please
note that we do not cover for return shipping expenses. The product is expected
to be unopened and in original packaging. Please contact support@btylab.co for more information.

Note: Manufacturer faults will be remedied with a replacement product.
