Yes, they sure are! All the materials used to create your btylab 2-in-1
cleanser are ethically and sustainably made. Plus with each purchase you save a plastic bottle from entering the ocean with our Plastic Bank partnership. btylab’s 2-in-1 cleanser is BPA-free, cruelty-free, ethically made and vegan. Plus, we will never test our products on animals or use
animal-based products.
It is important to btylab that customers love their purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the product, btylab provides a full refund within 30 days. Please
note that we do not cover for return shipping expenses. The product is expected to be unopened and in original packaging. For further information please check out our Return and Warranty Policy.
Yes we offer a 1 year limited warranty on our products. The warranty is limited
to battery issues or product related defects. Warranty does not cover personal
damages to the product. If the item has been dropped, stolen, misused, and
shows signs of general wear and tear from everyday usage, it will not be
covered by warranty.
We accept Shopify payments (credit card), Paypal, Google Pay and Afterpay.
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. We
will then send out another email when the order has been shipped along with a
tracking number. If you did not receive an email with your tracking number,
please email us at support@btylab.co with your order number. Please allow 1-2
business days for us to process your orders for shipment.
If you have already paid for your order and wish to change your shipping
address, please contact us immediately at support@btylab.co with your order number for quicker processing. If your order has already been processed and shipped, we unfortunately cannot edit or modify your address, so please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information during checkout. We will not be held liable for any failed deliveries due to wrong delivery information provided by the customer during checkout.

If your order has not already been shipped out yet, please contact us at support@btylab.co and we will make arrangements to process your cancellation. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours since it has been processed. If the order has already been shipped and a cancellation is requested, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping. Please do not open the packaging of the product and return immediately. A refund will be processed after the product has been shipped back and received.
Device /Skin Care
In order to achieve the promised results, only a couple of minutes dedication is needed each day. One minute per cleanse once or twice daily is recommended.
You can use any facial cleanser of your choice with btylab's 2-in-1 facial cleanser and massager. But to keep in optimal condition, we recommend avoiding clay-based, silicone-based, and grainy exfoliating cleansers as it may wear down the silicone bristles - your btylab 2-in-1 sonic cleanser will naturally do the exfoliating for you!
Yes! The btylab 2-in-1 facial cleanser and massager is safe to be used under and around the eyes to help reduce puffiness and dark circles. We recommend using the back of the device at a lower frequency for a gentle eye massaging feature.
The btylab 2-in-1 facial cleanser and massager uses a USB charger Type A charger.
You can clean your btylab 2-in-1 facial cleanser by simply rinsing it with water and soap. Then let it air dry or place on a face cloth or towel to dry.
Charge as needed (this depends on usage). However, two hours of charging time should last you up to 2 months of daily usage.
