You can use any facial cleanser of your choice with btylab 2-in-1 facial cleanser and massager. But to keep btylab in optimal condition, we recommend avoiding clay-based, silicone-based, and grainy exfoliating cleansers as it may wear down the silicone bristles - your btylab 2-in-1 will naturally do the exfoliating for you!

Can I use around the eye area?

Yes! The btylab 2-in-1 facial cleanser and massager is safe to be used under and around the eyes to help reduce puffiness and dark circles. We recommend using the back of the device at a lower frequency for a gentle eye massaging feature.

What kind of charger does your btylab 2-in-1 cleanser use?

How do I clean?
